Car Wash

Team 701 just had their first car wash of the season. It was a huge success. We washed and dried over 100 cars, trucks, and two small campers. The total raised was over $500.00. Not bad for six hours. Everyone did a great job. A big thank you to the students, and especially the parents for making the car wash a success. Also a very big thank you to Les Schwab in Vacaville for the use of their lot and of course the water. They would like us back for a couple of more car washes.

One idea that would raise additional money would be to include a bake sale along with the sale of water and soft drinks. Again, a great big thanks to all who helped out yesterday. Mark
