Secretary

The main job of the secretary is to oversee the flow of contact between members of the robotics team or the club (if applicable). The secretary basically manages,

• Minutes discussed at the Leadership Committee meetings (held usually on the first day of every week)
• List of contacts of each robotics team member, parents/mentors, and any other sponsors. Contacts include names, phone numbers, and e-mails.
• Drafts to the President or Robotics Directors for e-mails, letters, and other paperwork.
• Pictures, videos and other forms of team media
• Monthly newsletter for any new events or team updates related to competitions, general management, etc.
