The Basics

Here is an overview of what certain toolbars and icons contain/stand for:

The first toolbar is a general menu that contains File, Edit, Insert, Modify,and Help. There are other drop-down menu categories in this toolbar, but the ones listed are the primarily used ones.

The File drop-down menu contains general commands that allow you to open, save, import/export, and preview certain pages in a browser.

The Edit drop-down menu contains general commands that allow you to cut, copy, paste, and similar commands

The Insert drop-down menu contains general commands that allow you to insert images, work with tables, and incorporate HTML objects and template objects (NOT templates)

The Modify drop-down menu contains general commands that allow you to edit tables and images, but the main feature of this menu is the Templates option.

The File drop-down menu contains general commands that allow you to open, save, import/export, and preview certain pages in a browser.

Below this main toolbar, there is a more specific toolbar that contains various other categories. It may first show up as "Common", but once clicked, a drop-down menu will appear with the other categories. These various categories include: Common, Layout, Forms, Text, HTML, Application, Flash elements, and Favorites. If you hover over each of the icons that are contained in each category, the name of it should appear (most of these are self-explanatory).
